  • It is time for a regular market event to return to the downtown area of Cedar Hill. We want to not only boost tourism to our amazing city but to give citizens a chance to shop local in a new way featuring produce, cottage foods, and handmade goods. 

     

    We are currently seeking vendors for this event series.


     

  • Vendor Guidelines

     

    Market basics:

    • 2nd and 4th Saturdays
    • August - November
    • 9 AM - 1 PM
    • Located at 300 Houston St, Cedar Hill, TX. It will take place in the city parking lot behind the Chamber building.
    • Rain or shine

    Vendor spaces:

    A season pass for vendors to the market is available for $100. 

    Vendor booths will be given a 10'x10' space. Vendors are required to bring their own table, chairs, displays, and tent (with weights). There will be no items available for vendors to utilize or rent. Electricity hookup is available, vendors will be required to bring their own extension cord.

    Food trucks will be given a 30'x10' space [Extremely Limited Spaces Available].

     

    Farmers Market Rules of Operation and Vendor Agreement & Indemnification requiring a signature will be provided to vendors whose application is approved. Payment will be collected at that time.
