Native Plant Landscape Design Workshop
Join Dogwood Canyon Audubon Center and Carol Feldman, Landscape Architect with Feldman Design Studio, for a workshop about integrating Texas native plants into urban and suburban landscapes. Carol Feldman is a landscape architect who designs with native plants in the North Texas area. She lets you in on tips she uses to make native plant wildscapes "fit in" urban neighborhoods. The focus of this workshop will be an introductory design class, discussing things that impact how and where and what types of plants to install around our homes. Attendees can bring a basic drawing of their landscape and after learning some tips from Carol, they can add plants to their drawing and Carol will give them personal advise for a successful garden. Dogwood Canyon Audubon Center is a Texan by Nature conservation partner.
