Coaching as a Leadership Tool
Welcome to Fall and Competitive Edge. Over the next three months, we are going to talk about
leadership development and more specifically our own personal development. There is so
much for us to talk about, and you have an opportunity to set the agenda for what’s most
important.
This month we are meeting on Tuesday, September 26 and our topic is all about Coaching.
We will take a look at what coaching is and what it’s not. Learn some key skills to make your
coaching conversations more effective and impactful for the person you are coaching and for
you. This is a great topic for discussion.
As always, lunch will be provided, and we will have a good time as we dig into “Coaching as a
