Join us at The Aura House for a sound bath experience. Through the use of a variety of instruments, including singing bowls, drift into deep relaxation and reset, renew, and rest.

Just show up, allow the sound to do the rest.

Please free free to bring a blanket and a cushion so we can get cozy and can fully relax. You may also wish to bring a journal and pen.
