  • Step 1 - Vendor Application

    Submit your application for consideration at this year's event. You may fill out an application online or via a PDF version.

  • Applications have closed for 2022.

  • Step 2 - Submitting Documentation

    Submit required documents to the Chamber office. Documentation may be submitted one of three ways:

    • Email to admin@cedarhillchamber.org
    • In person - 300 Houston St. Cedar Hill, TX 75104*
    • Online

    *Available during office hours Monday-Thursday 9 AM-5 PM

    All Vendors

    • Copy of Comprehensive General Liability Insurance Certificate. No exceptions. Vendors are required to have a minimum of $1,000,000 general liability insurance and show the Cedar Hill Chamber of Commerce, Corinth Properties, and the City of Cedar Hill as additional insured with coverage being primary and non-contributory. You can request this addition to your current liability insurance provider. Full details for the additional insured are listed below:

    Vendors Selling

    • Copy of Texas Sales Tax Permit

    All Food/Beverage (Non-Alcoholic) including Food Trucks

    • Updated! The City of Cedar Hill has decided to waive the health permit for this event. Food/beverage vendors will need to submit proof of the following:

    • Food Handler Certificate is required for employees working with unpackaged food, food equipment/utensils, or food contact services. Managers must have a Food Handler Certificate, Food Protection Manager Certificate, or ServSafe manager training.

    Food Trucks

    • Updated! Food Trucks may submit proof of a valid Health Permit from any city in the DFW metroplex.

    • Cedar Hill requires food trucks to be inspected by the Fire Department. Please contact the Cedar Hill Fire Department for inspection and permit information.

    • Proof of auto insurance coverage, with a minimum of $1,000,000 liability coverage.

    • Food Handler Certificate is required for employees working with unpackaged food, food equipment/utensils, or food contact services. Managers must have a Food Handler Certificate, Food Protection Manager Certificate, or ServSafe manager training.

  • Step 3 - Submitting Payment

    Payment may be submitted one of three ways:

    • Online - Members will receive an invoice they can pay online through their Member Information Center (MIC)

  • FAQ 

    Q: How does becoming a vendor work?
    A: After you submit your application, we will review it and approve or contact you for any additional information needed. Once approved, you will need to submit any required permits, insurance documents, and finally: payment. This will complete your registration as a vendor once all these pieces have been received.

    Q: When will I hear back?
    A: You should receive a response in 1-3 business days.

    Q: How do I submit payment?
    A: Payment is collected after application approval. We can accept card, check, or cash. There will be an invoice and payment receipt for your records.

    Q: Why do I need liability insurance?
    A:     Liability insurance is standard for business owners. Liability insurance protects you and your business when you're held responsible for another person's property damage or losses. We highly encourage all business owners to carry their own policy if they do not already. You can request additional insured through your current policy holder. Single day event insurance is also an option, but may not be as cost effective as carrying an annual policy. See also: A Guide to Vendor Liability Insurance Requirements
