Community Coordinator – Homewatch CareGivers of Cedar Hill

The Community Coordinator will play a key role in establishing and growing the agency’s presence in the Cedar Hill and greater DFW area. This individual will be responsible for community outreach, relationship building, and coordination of events and initiatives that increase awareness of Homewatch CareGivers’ services. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and passionate about helping seniors and families find trusted care solutions.Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, healthcare providers, senior centers, and community organizations.
- Represent the agency at networking events, health fairs, and community meetings.
- Plan, coordinate, and attend outreach activities to promote brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the owner and care team to align community efforts with agency goals.
- Track outreach metrics, leads, and partnerships in CRM systems.
- Support marketing efforts through social media, newsletters, and local advertising initiatives.
- Assist with client inquiries and referrals as needed to ensure a seamless experience.
Qualifications- Previous experience in home care, healthcare marketing, or community relations preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting outreach goals.
- Familiarity with the Cedar Hill, DeSoto, and DFW communities is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for events and visits.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools (Canva, Facebook, etc.)
Compensation & Benefits- Competitive salary range: $45,000 – $55,000 annually, based on experience.
