Last month we talked about what it means to be a leader. The group came up with a list of qualities,
characteristics, and attributes of a strong/effective leader. This month we are going to take a step
forward and discuss the ROI of leadership development. You asked for case studies that demonstrate
the way leadership development can propel an organization forward and empower those leaders within
the organization. Ask and you shall receive. We will discuss several case studies that begin to clarify the
scope and power of leadership development. We will also look at how you can begin your own
leadership development program, individually and within your organization.
