After a long holiday break we are back for our seventh year of Competitive Edge.

Each of us has an automatic belief system that guides us in everything we do. These beliefs are commitments and we aren’t always aware of them or how powerful they can be. Many of them are positive and supportive, while others hold us back and even sabotage our growth. As business owners, managers, and professionals, it is important that we understand the power of this belief system.
