Last month we took a look at the latest study on workplace strengths and the changes we’ve seen since the original Gallup Corporation study in 2000. There have definitely been some changes in how people perceive their strengths. This month we are going to take a different perspective and look at what organizations can do to embrace strengths in the workplace. You might be surprised at how workers rate their organizations and their managers when it comes to strengths.
